View the passwords stored by Opera Web browser with OperaPassView

OperaPassView is a new password recovery utility that decrypts the content of the Opera Web browser password file (wand.dat) and displays the list of all Web site passwords stored in this file. You can easily select one or more passwords in the OperaPassView window, and then copy the passwords list to the clipboard and save it into text/html/csv/xml file.

Currently, OperaPassView cannot decrypt the passwords if they encrypted with the master password. I’ll possibly add support for master password in future versions.

Just switched to Norton 360 from Kaspersky. Norton says that OperaPassView is a trojan and deleted several copies from my computer.

Great tool. I use Opera for managing my e-mail. Have some old accounts where I can’t remember the passwords. Will there be support for Opera cached e-mail account passwords in near future? Thanks.

Great tool, I love it. THX!

But how to export and import a password list into KeePass?
It doesn’t work for me. It says it isn’t a kind of KeePass file or file should be corrupt.

There is way that doesn’t need to install any software, just use embedded Opera capabilities: http://ogolikhin.blogspot.com/2012/09/opera-stored-password-no-additional.html
