I love the general idea of this and have already made a package for my Mitec utilities, updated the Sysinternals package to have descriptions for all utilities, and am in the process of making a Misc package for my other orphaned utilities. I would also like to know if there is someplace to find out more information about this utility, like how does it determines if a program is a GUI of CLI, and other similar info.
