Radarurl stacks figures for sub-domains, they were exactly same when I found that. So it's number for all on same domain together.

Unlikely, most probably it has several IPs binded to single server. To make blacklisting and such harder. By the way it resolves kimsufi.com provider, don't know if it same thing as ovh.

How about reporting it to Microsoft? Fishing for login information is issue they might want gone.
